## What may be implemented

- Content discovery: llms.txt, llms-full.txt, sitemap alignment, canonical URLs and useful machine-readable alternates.
- Typed facts: schema.org JSON-LD with stable identities and offers that match visible copy.
- Crawler policy: a deliberate robots.txt and Content Signal position, including CDN-managed rules.
- Agent surfaces: an A2A card, Agent Skills, API catalog, MCP card or Markdown negotiation when these describe a real capability.

No fake surface is published just to turn a check green.

## Historical evidence

The July 28, 2026 fleet sweep moved 12 owned sites from a 68.6 average to 97.5 under the original 13-check v1 audit, with nine scores at 100. The public default expanded to 20 checks in August. Those v1 numbers are retained as a historical case study and are not current fleet scores.

## Boundary

This work makes a site technically easier for agents to discover, parse and evaluate. It cannot guarantee a search ranking, model mention, recommendation or citation.
