Beyond client work — products I run myself

My day-to-day is client consulting and contract delivery — that's the main work. On top of it, I also design, build and run my own production products, live on the Chrome Web Store and their own domains. Most are self-hosted on GitHub Actions with no server to babysit: the same reliability-first instinct I bring to client platforms, applied to things I own end-to-end.

Municipal Auction Price-History ● LIVE

A scraper + OCR pipeline, searchable web archive and Chrome extension that surface the hidden price history of municipal flat auctions across ten Upper Silesian cities. Official result PDFs are downloaded, OCR'd with Polish-language Tesseract and parsed to structured JSON committed straight to git. The site adds a searchable archive and market reports — median zł/m², rounds and price trends — while the extension overlays every live BIP listing with prior rounds, asking-price changes and sold/unsold history. Deliberately serverless: refreshes weekly on GitHub Actions, no database, no hosting bill.

Infrastructure that stays up — and runs itself

I'm a cloud infrastructure engineer focused on reliability and automation. My day-to-day is Kubernetes operations, multi-cloud Terraform, and the observability that lets a platform heal itself instead of paging a human.

In my current role I orchestrate deployments across four clouds, run the full Kubernetes lifecycle for an AI platform, and write the automation that keeps it healthy. Before that I diagnosed gnarly GKE clusters at Google and led production incident response at SAP.

Outside client work I ship products — Chrome extensions, automation pipelines, live web apps. I also run a multi-host homelab (Raspberry Pi + NAS + GPU workstation) with a full Prometheus/Grafana/Loki stack and self-hosted LLMs.
